The first placement of the root word اِنَّآ is in Verse # 14 Chapter # 02. Allah Subhan O Talah is mocking the hypocrites and their approach regarding the belief that they possess. Allah Subhan O Talah is revealing the unseen reality of disbelievers. And when they meet those who believe, they say, “We believe”; but when they are alone with their evil ones, they say, “Indeed, we are with you; we were only mockers.”

The psychology of those who dodge and ploy scheme in worldly affairs. They will reiterate their position with the assurance that we are with you. In the same manner, as the disbelievers of Makkah were doing 1500 years ago اِنَّا مَعَكُمْ. We are with you. Indeed they were just laughing and mocking.

The last placement of the root word اِنَّآ is in Verse # 01 Chapter # 108. Allah Subhan O Talah is announcing his love and attention for Rasool Allah (SAW). Indeed, We have granted you, [O Muhammad], al-Kawthar. The meaning of al-Kawthar is Gushing, more than enough in quantity. You [O Muhammad] do not think about the attitude of disbelievers against your Prophethood. We have granted you more than enough.

Historical Background [To fully understand this verse we need to bear in mind that Quranic verses are of two types. General verses talk about belief in Allah, good manners, and acts of worship. Specific verses, such as this verse, were revealed in regards to particular situations. This surah came at a time when the pagans of Arabia (and their allies) repeatedly violated treaties they had signed with the Prophet (ﷺ). Muslims had to fight for the survival of their newly established state in Medina. So this verse discusses dealing with those who violated their agreements and attacked the Muslims. Offenders were fought, unless they stopped their aggression. If they chose not to accept Islam, they were obligated to pay Jizya-tax.]

The first placement of the root word اَعْطَيْنٰكَ is in Verse # 09 Chapter # 29 . Allah Subhan O Talah is declaring a war against those who do not believe in Allah nor comply with what Allah and His Messenger have forbidden, nor embrace the religion of truth from among those who were given the Scripture  until they pay the tax, willingly submitting, fully humbled.

The last placement of the root word اَعْطَيْنٰكَ is in Verse # 01 Chapter # 108.

The first placement of the root word الْكَوْثَرَ is in Verse # 02 Chapter # 26. Allah Subhan O Talah is symbolizing the disbelievers with mosquitos. Their rank in front of Allah is less than what Allah Subhan O Talah is articulating in this Ayat.

In contrast, the last placement of the root word الْكَوْثَرَ is in Verse # 01 Chapter # 108.
